Include
log files when contacting customer
support
|

When contacting support regarding
a problem with m2CD, please include the Log Files created by the software. These
files help our support staff track what was happening in the software
at the time a problem occurred. These files are located on your
computer here: \My Documents\m2CD Projects.

| Typically there are more than one log
file and can be as many as 20 or more so please include the most recent
ones (look at the file's creation dates and send the one for today's
dates only). The
files are small and most email servers will handle them with
no problem. |
